Partner 1: handstand hold
Partner 2: 50 double unders
RIGHT INTO
5 rounds each partner:
Partner 1: hollow hold
Partner 2: 20 kettlebell step-ups (53,35) (24″,20″)
*Partner 2 can only work when Partner 1 is in their hold for both sections
**Switch after Partner 2 has completed their prescribed work
