Ann and I were the only two people in the class this AM. The kicker…right as we started the workout, the “coach” left to run an errand and retuned 20 min later. Haha!
Lot of fun for this guest……the WOD nearly killed me, and that was AFTER scaling the crap out of it, but it was only the 3rd WOD I’ve done in 2017. Great box and great coaching. Thanks again!!
