Warm up: 21-15-9 wall balls, burpees, jumping pull ups
Metcon: AMRAP 20 with partner
10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 30 parallette jump overs. Partner 1 works while other runs 400m. When return from run, immediately pick up where partner left off. Ann and I completed 8+16.
