12 Hang Power Cleans (115,80)
9 Front Squats (115,80)
6 Hang Power Snatches (115,80)
3 Overhead Squats (115,80)
*While one partner is working on the work above, the other is rowing 20/15 calories on the rower.  Athletes switch once the row is completed.  The athlete who was on the rower picks up from where their partner leaves off on the barbell.
