3 Rounds For Time:
100 Air Squats
800m Run (Switch Every 200m)
60 Partner Medball Sit-ups
40 Burpees
*One partner works while the other rests. Break up the air squats and burpees however you’d like.  The runs must be broken up into 200m at a time.  Medball sit-ups are alternating between partners.
