2 Rounds:
3:00 at each station with a 1:00 rest in between stations
1) Hang Squat Cleans (115,80)

Here’s how the workout works: Two of the teammates will be working on the respective movement at whichever station they are at (with the exception of the biking station. One will work while the other rests here).  During that time, the third teammate will be performing burpees from the 0:00-1:00 mark.  Once the 1:00 mark hits, the team will decide the next teammate to work on the burpees from the 1:00 mark to the 2:00 mark.  Once the 2:00 mark hits, whichever athlete has not done burpees yet will work on the burpees from the 2:00 mark to the 3:00 mark.
