*Break up the reps however you’d like and switch whenever you’d like.
**While one partner is working on the movements above, the other will be doing some sort of hold.  On the HPC, the other partner will be holding their barbell in the front rack position.  On the Goblet Lunges, the other partner will be holding the bottom of a squat in an active position with their kettlebell.  On the S2OH, the other partner will be in a handstand hold or push-up plank as a scaled option.  On the Rope Climbs, the other partner will be hanging from the pull-up bar.
***The partner performing the AMRAP can only count their reps when their partner is in their hold.
