Death by Burpees to a 6″ target starting at 10 reps (finishing at 24)

 

How a death by works: Minute 1, perform 1 rep.  Minute 2, perform 2 reps, Minute 3, perform 3 reps.  On the toes-to-bar, we will be starting with 5 reps when the clock starts (so minute 2 would be 6 reps, minute 3 would be 7 reps).  On the burpees, we will be starting with 10 reps when the clock starts (so minute 2 would be 11 reps, minute 3 would be 12 reps).

 

If you end up not being able to complete around, take a round off and pick a number of reps which you will be able to maintain for the remaining time.
