Sunday – 8:00AM and 9:30AM
Monday (Memorial Day) – 8:00AM and 10:00AM
*There will be no bootcamp, kids or open gym classes this weekend!! Bootcampers are welcome to jump in on CrossFit classes Monday.

**We will be hosting a cookout at Firewall after the 10:00AM class on Monday!  If you plan to do the workout and then hang around, we suggest bringing a change of clothes for after the workout.

100m Dumbbell Bear Crawl (25,15)
*One partner works while the other rests.  Divide up the reps however you’d like.
