P2: 30m Single Arm DB Overhead Lunge (50,35)
*Partner 1 will row as many meters as possible while Partner 2 completes a 15m Overhead Lunge with a DB in one hand and then a 15m Overhead Lunge with the DB in the opposite hand.
**Partners switch roles once the total 30m DB Overhead Lunge is completed.
