STIM: PICK A STEADY PACE!!! The last thing we want members doing is going out of the gaits too hot on this one. This is not a workout where they’re going to be racking up a ton of rounds. Members should aim for negative splits where their second round is quicker than their first because they paced accordingly (same goes for the third round if they can complete it).
