20 Alternating Devil’s Presses

STIM: Overhead Swings are to be unbroken in the first couple rounds (but hopefully the whole workout). Be smooth on the Devil’s Presses trying to complete each set in about 2:00. Fly through the Burpees at the end so they can earn their 1:00 of rest after.
