At Firewall Workout:

20 Burpee  Box Jumps (24,20)

At Home Workout:

24 Goblet Thrusters
20 Jumping Lunges
16 Push-ups

Goal: >6 Rounds
CAP: 24:00
STIM: Keep the Thrusters unbroken for the for the first few rounds. When fatigued after a couple rounds, it’s okay to break them up into two or three sets. Jumping Lunges can be done as stepping lunges (forward or reverse) if needed. Keep push-ups to no more than 4 sets. Ideally push-ups should be completed in 2-3 sets.
