9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead

At Home Workout:

3 Rounds For Time:
75 Air Squats
50 Alternating Hang DB Power Cleans
25 Alternating Devil’s Presses

Goal: <20:00
CAP: 25:00
STIM: Make sure full range is being met with every air squat especially the last 20-30 of each round. Keep those knees driving out strong with a tall chest and flat feet. Power Cleans are more than welcome to be switched to muscle cleans. Keep in mind though, this’ll fatigue your arms more for the Devil’s Presses.
