STIM: The workout goes just like the song. Here’s how the workout would start: 1/arm DB Snatch, 2/arm OHL, 1/arm DBS, :30 Hollow Hold, 2/arm OHL, 1/arm DBS, 4/arm Alt HC, :30 Hollow Hold, 2/arm OHL, 1/arm DBS, etc. Each round starts with it’s respective movements and number. When you get to round 9, you’d start with 9 Overhead DB Swings and work your way down to 1/arm DBS to complete the round. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
