STIM: Time to work off those Christmas cookies! Be smooth on the goblet squats. Pick a hollow rock option where you can complete all 25 reps unbroken. Try to complete the DB jerks 15 on one side and then 15 on the other. If not able, break it up into no more than 2 sets/arm. Be smooth on the no-hand sit-ups, switch to using your hands if needed.
