At CrossFit Firewall, we pride ourselves on enhancing not only our members’ physical abilities but mental capabilities as well. We strive to push our athletes to be the best they can be, both in and out of the gym.  Our goal is to form an incredibly supportive community that is there to back up one another every step of the journey to a healthier life. We want our members to think of us as more than a gym – as a family.  We will make the one hour of the day you spend with us be the best hour of your day!  The Firewall programming is built to encompass every aspect of fitness to fully enhance not only our members’ physical capacity, but their lifestyles as well. We want to make you fire proof!


Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, and presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. The positive environment at CrossFit Firewall seeks to bring the best out in our members.  We seek to push our members to their limits every day and to constantly have our members improve themselves inside the gym to enhance their lives outside of the gym. CrossFit means something a little different to everyone who does it. To some it’s a hobby, to some a sport and of course to many, a means to get back in the shape you once were in from your teenage years. To us, CrossFit gives everyone the ability to help make whatever goals you have into a reality!
