Workouts can be completed on your own or you will be able to seek help from a certified trainer to customize a training program for you. Personal Training sessions can be booked with a trainer of your choice to help reach your specific goals more efficiently.
There are 2 rooms in our 24/7 facility. One room is filled with weight stack and cardio equipment. The second room is an Open Gym space for free weight equipment to perform CrossFit, Hyrox or any other higher intensity workouts.
This space is 100% self guided, but if needed, a certified coach can guide you through warming up, followed by strength instruction and demonstration for a custom workout, just for you! The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
No Fitness experience needed. Just Book a No-Sweat Intro and come see our facility. Must be 18 years or older to workout on your own.
